These terms apply when you use this store or buy from Ela sustainable solutions Pvt Ltd, trading as Ela Greens ("Ela Greens", "we", "us" or "our"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping and Delivery Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Products and availability

Ela Greens sells fresh produce boxes and related items shown on the store. Produce is seasonal and perishable. Product descriptions, quantities, delivery count and prices shown at checkout form part of your order. Availability remains subject to harvest, packing capacity and delivery-route capacity.

If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you. We will not make a materially different substitution without your agreement. If an agreed substitute is not suitable, we will arrange the applicable refund or delivery remedy under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Prepaid weekly plans

A multi-delivery plan is a one-time prepaid purchase covering the number of boxes stated on the product page and in your order. Most listed plans cover four weekly deliveries; the Monthly Veggie Kit covers two deliveries. These plans do not renew automatically. To continue after the final included box, you must place a new order.

Your selected start week, delivery district and delivery schedule must be eligible under the Shipping and Delivery Policy and confirmed in the order. A paid order creates an obligation for the stated number of boxes; it does not convert into an open-ended or recurring subscription.

Orders and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Any delivery charge and applicable tax must be displayed in the order total before payment. Payment is collected through Shopify checkout using the payment methods offered there. A payment screen or redirect alone does not prove that an order is paid. Ela Greens will process an order only after the payment status is confirmed in the store and, where necessary, with the payment provider.

We may decline or cancel an order that cannot be fulfilled because the address is outside the confirmed route, weekly capacity is unavailable, the product is unavailable, the price or order data contains a clear error, or payment cannot be confirmed. If we cancel a paid order, we will initiate the applicable refund.

Delivery

Delivery is available only for the published serviceable areas, dates and cutoffs. Delivery eligibility, charges and customer responsibilities are explained in the Shipping and Delivery Policy. Please provide a complete address, working phone number and delivery instructions. Contact us promptly if any of these details are wrong.

Cancellations, quality issues and refunds

The Cancellation and Refund Policy explains how to request a cancellation or report a missing, incorrect, damaged or unacceptable item. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or operation, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, or use the store for unlawful activity.

Store content

The Ela Greens name, store design, text, graphics and other store content may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may use the store for personal shopping and may not copy or commercially exploit its content without permission, except where law permits.

Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The terms that applied when you placed an order continue to govern that order unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.
