Shipping policy

Ela Greens uses planned local delivery routes. We currently deliver only to eligible addresses in the listed PIN codes for Kochi/Ernakulam, Kottayam and Thrissur. A listed PIN code is an initial serviceability check; the complete address must also fall within the confirmed route and available weekly capacity.

Weekly capacity is limited. A date can close before its cutoff when the route reaches capacity. Payment must not be accepted for a date that is no longer available.
Delivery charges
The ₹700 Sample Pack includes one delivery and has no delivery charge.
For the Kochi / Ernakulam route, distance is measured from the confirmed Kochi pickup and charge-origin location. Kochi has no separate maximum-distance limit, but delivery remains restricted to the serviceable PIN codes and named areas supplied by Ela Greens.
Four-delivery plans have a distance-based total delivery charge covering four deliveries. The applicable amount must be displayed and included in the checkout total before payment. If the store cannot determine and display the correct charge for the confirmed route, that plan is not available for online purchase.
The ₹1171 Monthly Veggie Kit includes two deliveries. Its delivery charge has not yet been published by Ela Greens, so this plan is not available for online purchase until the exact charge is approved and displayed at checkout.
Prepaid plan deliveries
Most prepaid plans include four boxes delivered one per week. The Monthly Veggie Kit includes two deliveries. The order confirmation must state the included delivery count and starting schedule. Plans are paid once and do not renew automatically.
Receiving a delivery
Please provide a complete address, working phone number and any necessary access instructions. If we cannot complete delivery because the address or contact details are incomplete, or no one can receive the order where required, contact us through the contact page. Any reschedule, redelivery charge or remedy will be confirmed with you before it is applied.
If an Ela Greens route is disrupted by weather, access restrictions, harvest conditions or another event outside reasonable control, we will contact affected customers with the available reschedule, replacement or refund option.
