Why subscribe instead of ordering vegetables whenever I need them?
A subscription creates a weekly routine for your household and gives Ela Greens better visibility into demand. That visibility helps us plan production, harvest and delivery more intentionally.
Is this a 15-minute delivery service?
Ela Greens is built around planned delivery rather than a race for the fastest doorstep time. The focus is on how produce moves from the farm to you, and how harvest and delivery are planned.
Where are the vegetables grown?
Through the Ela Greens local farm network and controlled growing systems. See Our Farms for the markets we serve.
How often will I receive my box?
Most monthly plans include four weekly deliveries. The ₹1171 Monthly Veggie Kit includes two deliveries in the month.
Does my plan renew automatically?
No. Plans are prepaid for their deliveries and do not renew automatically. Place a new order when you are ready to continue.
Can I add extra items to an upcoming box?
Add-ons are not yet available for online purchase. Contact Ela Greens to discuss an extra for a confirmed delivery; assortment and prices must be confirmed first.
Can the contents change?
Individual crop availability can vary with production cycles and local conditions.
Can I try the products first?
Yes. The ₹700 Sample Pack is a one-time purchase with one delivery.
